Are probably the best value solution to creating extra room or rooms in your house with the least amount of upheaval and normally take around 6 to 8 weeks to complete depending on the size of your house of course.

We will be totally honest and transparent from the start, by that we mean if the felt on your existing roof needs to be replaced, or your boiler is on not equipped to handle a larger heating system or another bathroom we will tell you before we start your project so you know exactly where you are financially from day one.

If you already have your plans we will work from them and if we feel we can save you money on certain things or advise you if we feel something would be better done another way we will, as we want you to be happy with the end result.

We will take care of building control and get them in at all the relevant stages and if you want to be there so you know we are doing what we are meant to be that’s fine because we want you to feel confident and at ease that all is going to plan all the way through.
